The Industrial Injection Stage 1 Ported & Polished Cylinder Head with Fire Ring Grooves is designed to maximize airflow, durability, and sealing performance for 6.7L Cummins engines. Utilizing advanced 5-axis CNC porting technology and precision hand-finishing, this cylinder head delivers improved airflow, increased performance potential, and exceptional reliability for towing, daily driving, and high-performance applications.
Each cylinder head is equipped with oversized 36mm stainless steel nitride-coated valves, premium high-temperature alloy valve seats, hardened alloy valve guides, and USA-made 95lb performance valve springs. Radius-cut fire ring grooves provide enhanced combustion sealing when used with a compatible fire ring head gasket, helping reduce the risk of head gasket failure under increased cylinder pressures.
To further improve reliability, the factory coolant freeze plugs are replaced with drilled and tapped plugs, eliminating a common failure point found in OEM cylinder heads.
